Event Type

Join us for aA day of paddling the Fife Brook section of the Deerfield River Class I-II with optional class III Zoar Gap.
Previous whitewater kayaking experience class II with ability to wet exit and self rescue in class II whitewater.
Water will still be chilly so appropriate cold water clothing/gear needed.

Required & Suggested gear: helmet, kayak, paddle, PFD, skirt, long sleeve dry or splash top or drysuit. Boats must be outfitted with float bags. If you need to borrow equipment, please arrange with the KCCNY equipment chair.

Participants will be responsible for their own camping accommodations and meals.
