Annual Meeting and Dinner

Meeting will starts as promptly as we can at 12 noon

Break for food at 1ish.
We need to get a total to the restaurant.

In the annual meeting, we elect officers and new board members, hear from committee chairs, and approve the budget and vote on any bylaw changes. (Please contact us if you’d like to help organize, items added to the agenda or questions about the meeting).

Followed by a casual meal with plenty of good food.
Dinner is partly subsidized by the club membership fees as we want you to come.
Menu: Penne Vodka, Onion Rings, veggies, mozzarella sticks, salad, rolls. Drinks are on you.

You are invited to bring something such as side, salad or dessert.

We expect to have an online option for the meeting but don’t expect great production values. In all likelihood you’ll be able to hear and see the main speakers but not hear comments or follow discussions. Most in person participants won’t have a mic.
