The Salmon, so varyingly picturesque, is also known for its gradually increasing challenges. This fun route is mostly Class 2 whitewater but even affords an easy mid-point bail-out spot if wished. There are some swifter, yet still avoidable, Class 3 action at the end for people stepping up their skill level. Coordinator: Loretta Brady .
