Best deal if not nicest site is group site
This is a nice, spacious site relatively close to bathrooms but with limited parking at the site which the rangers enforced the last time we were there. More parking at the ranger’s station (a short walk) and plenty of parking about a 10-minute walk away (in the beach overflow parking).
On-site parkers will be asked to shuttle to overflow parking a few times.

Like all state parks alcohol is officially prohibited and we will expect discretion. Bring an insulated mug and you’ll be discreet and have a cold beverage.
Savoy State Park features 2 beautiful lakes with swimming as well as hiking and other non-paddler family friendly activities.
