Gradually mellows below Phonecia with beautiful remote fast water below last crossing of 28.
Often has wood and has been the scene of several fatalities among tubers and even paddlers.
The normal meeting place is across from the Boiceville Supermarket which often has parking issues on nice weekends so has asked we park here. Boats are normally loaded for shuttle and cars are moved (or not) to one of many small pull-offs along the river.
