Ability to avoid wood required. We’ll start at the dam and do the seldom run upper section and then have a 1 barrel down. Play in clear warm water on a hot day.

‘Operations had issues late last week with both Rio units, so they won’t be running anything this weekend. The additional flow is coming from the Rio dam because it is spilling over the flash boards. The bypass reach is close to a 1-unit release, 579 cfs. Even if they get a turbine back on line they’ll keep running 1 barrel at least thru Tuesday.

Generally better to try a 1 barrel before stepping up to 2.
