Annual Meeting @11 and Dinner @12:30

The meeting will start at 11.

In the annual meeting, we elect officers and new board members, hear from committee chairs, and approve the budget. (Please contact us if you’d like to help organize, items added to the agenda or questions about the meeting).

Followed by a casual meal with plenty of good food which starts at 12.30.
Dinner is partly subsidized by the club membership fees as we want you to come. Tentative menu Penne Vodka, Onion Rings, veggies, mozzarella sticks.

You are invited to bring something such as side, salad or dessert,

Members can register their guests*.
Non-members will need to register as guests or members.

We’ll try to have an online option for the meeting but don’t expect great production values. In all likelihood you’ll be able to hear and see the main speakers but not hear comments or follow discussions.

* In other words, you can book more than 1 person at the same time.
