As of April 24th 1 barrel was fixed but likely nothing but fish flows coming over the dam…i.e. an normal 1 barrel.

It’s a great chance to surf some waves, catch some eddies and knock off the winter rust. Water will be cold, so cold weather gear including a thick wet-suit or dry-suit is required.

Did we mention the water will be cold? Mongaup drains the bottom of a large lake and heats up slowly.

Note that with continued issues with the Mongaup /Rio dam exact volume or even the release is subject to change.
