Event Type

Join us a  scheduled 2 barrel whitewater release on the Mongaup.

Bring your kayak or jump on the raft, yes 1 barrel is enough to get the raft down with plenty of fun.  It’s a great chance to surf some waves, catch some eddies. Water will still be cool but warming.

Note that with continued issues with the Mongaup /Rio dam exact volume or even the release is subject to change. Hopefully the 2nd barrel will be fixed or they’ll divert water extra water over the dam. Check the Mongaup Rio Ongoing Saga post for the latest updates.
