Event Type

Come boat with us on the Middle Moose! There are Class IV and V sections of the Moose, but we’re offering a ~9 mile Class III paddle, with some optional III+/IVs.

On Saturday, we’ll combine the Moose, Middle Branch (Singing Waters to McKeever) with the Middle Moose. Middle Branch is Class II, with one walk-able Class IV rapid (Nelson’s Falls). Middle Moose is Class III, with a Class III+ below our takeout. Scouting Nelson’s Falls will be mandatory for all due to possible wood accumulation. On Sunday, we’ll just do the shorter Class III section.
