Paging all slalom-curious paddlers!
Want to test your maneuvering skills? Want to work on eddies and peel outs in basically a giant clinic style event? Want to hang with a super welcoming and lovely group of our region’s slalom paddlers? Want to cheer on a group of canoers, kayakers, kids, veterans who’ve been doing it for decades, and everyone in between? Then the Farmington slalom race–the very last NESS event of the year–is for you!

Please note:
– Saturday is practice day (course will be open for practice or spectating. This is really where the fun and the learning is at!!!)
– Sunday is race day. You only get two runs per category.
– YOU CAN RACE IN A PLASTIC BOAT. Just sign up for the “rec” category!

– There is free camping right at the race site. More info in the NESS page just above.
