DESCRIPTION:The Tohickon is a great step up river\, class 3+\, with 5 ledge
  drops approximately 3 feet. November  paddling can be cold water\, cold 
 air paddling\, so participants should have cold weather gear on hand and a
 n 80% roll. We’ll have a guided laps. Participants should have recent wh
 ite water experience with class 2+ stuff like being comfortable not just p
 addling but moving around and catching mid stream eddies on the Mongaup Mi
 racle Mile.\n\nToh is between Mongaup and Lower Yough in difficulty.\n\nGr
