 s on catching eddies. We'll start at Dunbars on section 3 of the Lehigh wh
 ere there are three channels with different speeds of flow ideal for learn
 ing how to enter and exit eddies followed by a 4 mile paddle down easy cla
 ss 2 rapids with lots of other opportunities to hone other essential skill
 s.\n\nSupport boaters needed 3-4 would be ideal\, but more would not be fr
 owned upon.\n\nWater will still be cold\, so proper gear is required. You
  may get turned away if you show up in shorts and a T-shirt.
