Fife Brook

Event Type

Join us for a day of paddling the Fife Brook section of the Deerfield River Class I-II with optional class III Zoar Gap.
Previous whitewater kayaking experience class II with ability to wet exit and self-rescue in class II whitewater.
Water will still be chilly so appropriate cold-water clothing/gear needed.

Required & Suggested gear: helmet, kayak, paddle, PFD, skirt, long sleeve dry or splash top or drysuit. Boats must be outfitted with float bags. If you need to borrow equipment, please arrange with the KCCNY equipment chair.
