  maneuvers to safely and adventurously enjoy kayaking in fast or slow movi
 ng creeks and rivers.\n[membership]This instructional is aimed more at fol
 ks with little or no kayaking experience\, though it will give you a good 
 foundation on proper strokes\, turns and other basic maneuvers.[/membershi
 p]\n\nKCCNY members can get the discounted AMC member price. For insurance
  reasons you'll need to borrow AMC boats as KCCNY boats can only be used o
 n KCCNY trips. Safety boaters needed as well who will get breakfasts and S
